Problem
Most teams only notice churn when it hits their reports, not when it first shows up in user behaviour.
People quietly disengage, skip onboarding, stop using core features, and drift away long before they cancel, but those signals are scattered across tools and hard to read as one story.
That makes it difficult to see who is at risk, why it is happening, and what could realistically keep those users around.
Solution
StopChurn plugs into the product stack and turns that noise into clear segments, risk scores, and suggested next steps.
The interface behaves like a calm command center: an overview of customer health with quick ways to zoom into specific cohorts, journeys, and behaviours that drive churn.
Key screens show who is drifting, why it is happening, and what to do next, so teams move from late reactions to deliberate, timely interventions.

Conclusion
With the new experience, teams can navigate flows quickly, read the automation logic at a glance, and feel at ease using previously intimidating features.
The system remains highly capable and flexible, yet presents itself as orderly, friendly, and reliable day to day.
